Sopranos carry the top line of the Australian Christian Choir — the melody and the soaring descants that lift a whole congregation. The choir sings sacred and classical repertoire from plainchant through to large-scale works like Messiah.
Auditioning as a soprano
We welcome confident sopranos who can hold a line in harmony and read basic notation. A short video of you singing — a hymn or any piece you love — is enough to start. Fortnightly rehearsals at Scots Church, fees from $100/year.
