An ecumenical community

For Salvation Army musicians in Sydney — your brass and band heritage is gold to us.

You're welcome here

The Salvation Army tradition at AChA

The Salvation Army built one of the great brass and band traditions in Christian music, paired with a fierce heart for the poor and the lost. At Australian Christian Arts, Salvationist musicians bring world-class brass playing and an evangelistic spirit that fits our Doorway mission perfectly.

What you bring

Salvation Army members bring exceptional brass musicianship, the discipline of the band tradition, and a gospel heart for reaching people — exactly the instincts behind our concerts and our Doorway program. We performed our Messiah at the Salvation Army Congress Hall.

We don't ask you to leave your tradition at the door — we ask you to bring it. AChA unites 20+ denominations under the Nicene Creed, and stays alongside your local church rather than replacing it.
