An ecumenical community

For Methodist musicians and singers in Sydney — the tradition of the greatest hymn-writing in English.

You're welcome here

The Methodist tradition at AChA

The Methodist tradition gave the English-speaking Church its richest hymn heritage — Charles Wesley alone wrote thousands. 'Methodism was born in song.' At Australian Christian Arts, that singing heart is part of our DNA.

What you bring

Methodist members bring an unmatched hymn heritage, a warmed-heart spirituality, and a conviction that the whole people of God should sing. The Wesleyan hymns run all through the repertoire we love.

We don't ask you to leave your tradition at the door — we ask you to bring it. AChA unites 20+ denominations under the Nicene Creed, and stays alongside your local church rather than replacing it.
